Step 1: Taking out the cloned plant
- Gently lift the cloned tree using special tweezers.
- Use clean water to lightly wash the roots, stem, and leaves.
- Gently remove any yellow leaves and damaged roots.
Step 2: Placing the cloned plant in the greenhouse
- After washing and lightly drying the leaves, place the cloned plant in the greenhouse and close the lid.
- Be careful not to plant it too deeply; leave the roots of the cloned plant below the soil.
- Do not compact the soil too tightly to allow the roots to grow easily.
🌱 Caution:
- Cloned plants must be left in the greenhouse for at least 7-10 days to allow them time to adapt.
- When first planting a cloned plant, do not water the leaves and stem; only water the base so the roots can absorb it themselves.
- Clones should be planted as soon as they are received. If you continue to keep cloned plants in their container, check them once a day, and if any cloned plant is found to be infected, it must be planted immediately.
- Place the cloned plant under a white light that does not emit heat. Keep the light source away from the plant. The plant can be near natural light, such as a window (avoid hot sun), and keep the light on for at least 8 hours a day. The suitable temperature for the plant is around 23-27 degrees Celsius.- The base of your cloned tree may turn black, but don't worry. This is the part of the stem's sap that seeps out during the cloning process and dries. This is normal and does not affect the quality of the cloned plant. If you try to wash off the black part, you may damage the roots, so wash the entire root, including the black part, very carefully and plant according to the instructions.
